The ShapeShift® Appendix Holster, engineered for CZ pistols, delivers a streamlined, secure solution for appendix inside-the-waistband (AIWB) carry. Its single mounting point allows the CoolVent™ neoprene backing to flex with your torso, offering a snug, body-conforming fit ideal for extended wear.

A custom-molded shell provides a secure hold on your CZ, while the proprietary retention surface prevents unwanted movement. With adjustable passive retention, you can fine-tune the draw to your preference for maximum control and reliability.

Part of the ShapeShift® Modular Holster System, this holster lets you switch carry styles without changing your firearm shell—delivering comfort, adaptability, and low-profile concealment for your CZ setup.
