The ShapeShift® Appendix Holster, built for H&K handguns, offers a low-profile, secure solution for appendix inside-the-waistband (AIWB) carry. Its single mounting point design allows the CoolVent™ neoprene backing to flex with your body for unmatched comfort during daily wear.

A custom-molded shell ensures your H&K pistol is held firmly in place, while the proprietary retention surface eliminates unwanted movement. Adjustable retention lets you fine-tune the draw to your preference, giving you confidence with every carry.

Compatible with the full ShapeShift® Modular Holster System, this appendix holster adapts easily to different carry configurations—without sacrificing the snug, close-to-body fit that AIWB users rely on.
