   A lanyard made of braided paracord is a decorative addition that will complement your individual equipment well. It acts as a flexible extension of a knife or a flashlight, which can help you pull the equipment from your pocket in a matter of seconds.
The history of this accessory dates back to the 14th and 15th centuries, when a standardised set of military equipment for professional equestrian warriors - knights - was formed. In those days, it was mostly made from scraps of leather, nowadays the lanyard is made from a special paracord.
   The state coat of arms of Ukraine and the inscription "VOLYA" [WILL] are depicted on the decorative ferrule. They are symbols of the indomitability and unity of the Ukrainian people. Of course, one of the main advantages of such an accessory as a lanyard is its versatility. Being compatible with almost any model of knife or flashlight, it has a wide range of applications and will be useful in different circumstances.
