FAQ

Q: Does this Mandible provide bullet protection?
A: No — the FAST Carbon Composite Mandible is intended for blunt‑impact, debris, and environmental protection only. It does not offer ballistic protection. For ballistic needs, consider the ballistic‑rated Mandible or appropriate ballistic gear.([HCC Tactical](https://www.hcctac.com/products/carbon-composite-mandible?srsltid=AfmBOoqCpKRLuqqTYXaJ0BYKPtucRud0imGxA6n38zViO15sf_sY_vpg))

Q: Can I install it on any helmet?
A: No. It requires an OPS‑CORE FAST helmet equipped with Super High‑Cut Skeleton ARC Rails + ARC Shim. Without the appropriate rail & shim system, mounting and performance cannot be guaranteed.([HCC Tactical](https://www.hcctac.com/products/carbon-composite-mandible?srsltid=AfmBOoqCpKRLuqqTYXaJ0BYKPtucRud0imGxA6n38zViO15sf_sY_vpg))
