We have established and implemented the “Personal Data File Security Maintenance Plan and Handling Procedures” (“Security Plan”) in compliance with Article 27 of the Personal Data Protection Act and TFDA requirements. Measures include:

• Administrative: Access control, minimum necessary principle, employee confidentiality agreements, onboarding/offboarding procedures, periodic training, and audits
• Technical: Account/password management, login lockout after repeated failures, data encryption (e.g., AES-256), secure transmission (TLS/HTTPS), firewall protection, log retention ≥ 6 months, regular encrypted backups stored offsite
• Physical: Locked file cabinets for hard copies, server room access restrictions, CCTV monitoring and recordings

In the event of a data breach, tampering, or suspected incident, the Company will notify the competent authority (TFDA/Local Health Authority) and affected individuals within 24 hours, and immediately initiate corrective and remedial actions.

Under Article 3 of the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:
