Consumer Rights and Online Purchase Terms
1. Seven-day cancellation right
For distance sales, consumers may cancel the contract by returning the product or providing written notice within seven days after receiving the product, in accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. The seven-day period is a cooling-off period, not a trial period. Statutory exceptions may apply to qualifying products or services when the required notice has been provided.
2. Product inspection and return condition
You may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary. Please keep the product, accessories, gifts, manuals, labels and original packaging complete. If damage, loss or alteration is attributable to handling beyond necessary inspection, the resulting reduction in value may be handled according to applicable law. Statutory rights relating to defects are not affected.
3. How to request a return
Contact us within the applicable period and provide your order number, purchaser name, contact information and reason for the request. We will confirm the return address and instructions. If the wrong item was shipped or the product is defective, K.T.Tactical will arrange the applicable return logistics. Other costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
4. Orders, inventory and pricing
An order is subject to inventory and final confirmation. Because inventory may be shared across online and offline channels, we will contact you promptly if an item becomes unavailable and offer a replacement, delayed fulfillment or cancellation. Any pricing or order correction will be communicated before fulfillment.
